Get Started

At TLC we understand the process might be confusing where to start and which service your child may need. To help, we outlined the steps to getting started on your child’s journey.

    STEP 1

    Collect a referral from your pediatrician

    Call our office to speak with our intake coordinator

    STEP 3

    Before you come into our office, complete all necessary intake packets

    Your child will then be evaluated

    Once evaluation is complete, our billing department will submit the treatment plan to your insurance provider

    Receive authorization and schedule your child’s first day
