FAQs

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM. Our offices close for one hour of lunch from noon to 1PM every day except for Thursdays, when we are closed from noon to 2PM.

What is the process like?

After being given a referral (if needed), you will schedule an appointment for an initial evaluation, the therapist will then send their assessment to your insurance for approval, and you’ll get a call back when they give us an answer.

Do I have to choose between ABA and school?

No. Many families choose a combination of both. We offer flexible scheduling to support your child’s school routine!

Will my child get to interact with other kids?

Yes! Social opportunities are a key part of ABA with TLC. Children can engage with peers during structured play, group activities, transitions, or sensory exploration, always supported in a way that feels safe and positive.
